Strict 0 Markup — For all major bookings (hotels/high-speed rail/flights), you pay directly to the official platforms (like Trip.com, 12306). We only charge a fixed concierge service fee and will never earn any hidden markups.
72-Hour Full Refund — Whether it's the $9.90 Starter Pack or the $99 Full Service, if you feel unsatisfied within 72 hours after payment, you get a 100% unconditional full refund.
One Trip, One Fee — We charge per itinerary, a family traveling together (recommended within 4-6 people) also only needs to pay one fee, rejecting the traditional travel agency's practice of "harvesting" per head.
